Please join us for Vespers at Lourdes on Thursday, March 14!
Young adults are invited to an evening of prayer, fellowship, and formation with Fr. Spencer Howe.
Confessions will be available in the church beginning at 7 p.m. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and solemn vespers will begin at 7:30, followed by silent Adoration.
Then, the program moves downstairs at 8:15 where drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served in advance of the presentation by Fr. Spencer Howe at 8:30. The formal program will end by 9 p.m.
(7:00 pm – Confessions available in the church)
7:30 pm – Exposition, chanted evening prayer, and silent adoration
8:10 pm – Benediction
8:15 pm – Drinks and hors d’oeuvres available downstairs
8:30 pm – Presentation by Fr. Spencer Howe, “Witnessing to Christ in the City – Philip Neri and the New Apostolic Age”
9:00 pm – Formal conclusion
Fr. Spencer Howe grew up in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities in a charismatic Evangelical Lutheran home, and become Catholic in 2001. He’s earned degrees at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul as well as at the Pontifical Gregorian and Lateran Universities in Rome. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2013 and currently serves as Parochial Administrator at the Church of the Holy Cross in Northeast Minneapolis. You can learn more about him here.

Business casual dress is kindly requested. Attendees should be aged 21-35 years. Attendance is free of charge, but a $5 donation is encouraged to help offset our costs and ensure future events.
